We ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing & delivery Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes about 2–5 business days after processing for in-stock US warehouse items. You’ll receive tracking by email when the order ships.

Shipping rates Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address and order details.

Delays Weather, carrier delays, or high demand can add a few days. If your order is much later than expected, email support@cozywithpets.com with your order number.

Wrong / incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address you entered.
